Salon Policies

*Masks are no longer required for guests or staff, though service providers will wear them upon request.

In consideration of all of our guests & their relaxation, as well as for safety reasons young children are only to be in the salon when they have a hair appointment. They should not be left unattended at any time. 

Payment:

We accept cash and all major credit cards. For any wedding party or special group event a 50% deposit is required at time of booking.

Late Cancellation/No-Shows:

*We require 24 hours notice for service cancelations. 

*All late cancellations or no-shows will require 50% payment of canceled services in order to rebook with us. 

*15 minutes late without a call, email, or text is considered a no-show. In most cases we will have to reschedule your appointment if you arrive 15 minutes or later than your appointment time.

 *After more than one no-show or late cancelation , we reserve the right to refuse service. 

Returns/Refunds:

Any unopened/unused product can be returned for a full refund within one week of purchase. Just make sure you show us your digital/emailed receipt. Anything open or used (with no more than 25% used) may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. No Refunds on Gift Certificates. No refunds on services. Clients can contact us within one week after initial appointment for adjustments to cut or color with original service provider.
