



Salon Policies

In consideration of all of our guests & their relaxation, as well as for safety reasons young children are only to be in the salon when they have a hair appointment. They should not be left unattended at any time.

Late Cancellation/No-Shows:
*We require 24 hours notice for any appointment cancelations or reschedules.
*Clients who No-show/Late Cancel must pay 50% fee of missed appointment to be able to book with us again.
*Anyone who has previously no-showed or late-canceled, all appointments will require a non-refundable deposit.
*All late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit deposit.
*15 minutes late without a call, email, or text is considered a no-show.
*All appointments $200 or more require a 50% deposit to hold the appointment spot.
*Deposits go towards total after services are rendered.
*After more than one no-show or late cancelation , we reserve the right to refuse service.
Payment:
We accept cash and all major credit cards. For any wedding party or special group event a 50% deposit is required at time of booking.
Returns/Refunds:
Any unopened/unused product can be returned for a full refund within one week of purchase. Just make sure you show us your digital/emailed receipt. Anything open or used (with no more than 25% used) may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. No Refunds on Gift Certificates. No refunds on services. Clients can contact us within one week after initial appointment for adjustments to services with original service provider.
